Fuck me Friday: Fresh meat

Gay Dublin

Well it’s that time of year.

The colleges are reopening and the new students are arriving into Dublin.

All those innocent country gays…..

Like most Dublin gays, I have set myself a target.

Three this year.

A very achievable and respectable number.

What am I talking about?

Fuck a Fresher Week of course!

It’s one of the great social occasions in the gay calendar.

Gays of every persuasion:

Tops, bottoms, versatile types, GAA types, rugby types, and even closeted types!

It would be remiss of me not to personally welcome all these hotties to Dublin.

Don’t worry it’s not as predatory as you may think.

These students are getting away from the sticks, spreading their wings and their holes.

It’s not easy being gay in a small town.

Moving to Dublin will give many of these kids their first taste of gay life.

Clubs, bars, social groups.

They will learn that it’s OK to be gay, that they don’t have to hide who they are.

And that they can be as fabulous as they want to be.

So welcome to Dublin homos!

Let Patrick show you why it’s great to be gay!

How was it being gay where you grew up?

  1. Where I grew up was the New Forest, so I suppose I am your definition of a ‘country gay’.
There was 1 Nellie pub in the nearest town and a few in the next nearest with *shock horror* a couple of gay clubs. I used to go out almost guaranteed of bumping into either a friend or an ex every time. There’s only 1 club now and fewer pubs. Going 2 uni in London was a big contrast to that!

  2. I grew up in a small town in the middle of nowhere. Everyone knows everyone here (not just literally). I was always a weirdo, but nobody knows that i’m gay. Next monday I go to college. This won’t be my first year in college, but I only accepted my sexuality a few months ago so I haven’t tried to date guys or have sex with them before. (Only a few people know that I’m still virgin. I know it’s a shame. :S) So I hope this year a lot of things will change in my life.

    1. The next few years in your life will be a wonderful adventure. The only bit of advice I want to give you is to respect yourself. You deserve happiness and these will be the years of your life x
